Daliso’s Story:

Daliso, a boy, born June 2021 and rescued at just over 1 year old from the South Luangwa National Park.

Daliso was found next to his mother who had been fatally shot in the leg and has been left with a small bump on his lefthand flank following the sedation needed for his rescue.

He learnt to be respectful of the older orphan Zongo, and protective of the younger ones, but spends much of his time with Wamwayi  being close in age.

Daliso means “blessing” or “loved one” in the local language Chinyanja.

PRINT

Limited to a small edition of 50 Fine Art prints, each print is supplied unmounted and unframed with a signed Certificate of Authenticity and the story of the elephant orphan.  

Produced using a high quality, slightly textured Matt/310gsm German Etching 100% cotton paper with a warm white hue to create an exquisite giclée print.
